The User, pursuant to articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, specifically approves the following unfair clauses:

• 10. “User’s liability, limitations to the liability of Veronafiere and Subscriber’s sole liabilities”;
• 11. “Availability and suspension of Marmomac Plus”;
• 12. “Governing law and court of jurisdiction”;
• 14. “Express termination clause in favor of Veronafiere”;
• 15. “Veronafiere’s right to amend the Contract”.
